Terms of Service

Last updated 21 August 2026. These terms apply when you ask DE master to build, host, or update a website.

The service

We design and host simple websites for businesses. You send content and instructions on WhatsApp or email. We publish the site and make the updates you request. This is not a self-serve website builder and not a large ecommerce platform.

Your content

You must have the right to use the photos, text, prices, and marks you send us. You stay responsible for that material and for what the business says on the live site. We may refuse or take down content that is unlawful or that we cannot reasonably host.

Updates

After launch, send changes in the same WhatsApp chat. We will confirm when a change is live. Timing depends on the request. We are not a 24-hour emergency desk unless we have agreed that in writing.

Domains and hosting

If we register a domain or host the site for you, that sits on our infrastructure or a provider we use. If you bring your own domain, you keep that registration. Pausing or ending the service may take the site offline until you move it.

Payment

Fees are agreed in the chat or email before we start or before a larger extra. Work can wait if an agreed invoice is unpaid.

Liability

Websites go down, networks fail, and third-party tools change. We will fix problems we cause, within reason. We are not liable for lost sales, search ranking, or third-party outages beyond a reasonable credit or fix for the hosting we control.

Ending the work

Either side can stop. Ask for an export of your content. We will help move a domain you own. Unused prepaid hosting may be handled as agreed in that chat.
